PURPOSE:To make it possible to obtain a result of measurement of little nonuniformity irrespective of whether an image to be measured relates to fields in odd numbers or even numbers, in an image processor in which an input image from an image pickup apparatus of a 2:1 interlacing system is subjected to an image processing for the field. CONSTITUTION:When a parameter necessary for computation of a center of gravity is measured in a center of gravity measuring part 15, a measured value thereof is fetched by CPU 19 and coordinates of the position of the center of gravity are calculated. At this time, CPU 19 judges whether an input image relates to fields in odd numbers or even numbers, on the basis of a scanning field signal FD inputted from a synchronism generating part 17, and when it judges the image as relating to the fields in even numbers, the CPU outputs a value obtained by adding 0.5 as a corrective value to the calculated value of Y coordinates, as the Y coordinates of the position of the center of gravity. |
