The invention relates to a tool for securing and introducing various parts into poorly accessible and cramped places in machines and instruments through the securement of the part by two gripping jaws 4 and 6, the one gripping jaw 4 of which is fixed in the shank 1, which can either be rigid, and in this event straight or bent, or can be wholly or partially flexible, and the other gripping jaw of which is fixed in the pressure rod 2, which is continuously movable within the said shank. The pressure rod 2, which supports the moving gripping jaw 6, presses the latter, with the aid of the spring 3, parallel with and in contact with the holding plate 5 against the fixed gripping jaw 4. The securing capacity of the compression spring 3 can be reinforced or totally taken over by the clamping nut 10 by compressing the compression spring 3 until it is totally compressed and directly transmits the compressive force of the clamping nut 10. <IMAGE> |
