The device includes a row of rods (19) located in a plane perpendicular to the support plate (1) along the plate longitudinal axis. Several lateral rows of rods are oriented outwards (20) at an angle of about 30 degrees to the vertical. Each of the rods (19,20) is mechanically clamped in the support plate. The support plate is constituted from a succession of modular elements (2) connected together by weakened zones having a notch (3). Each modular element (2) has projecting from the base a central boss (10) having holes passing through it for taking and holding the rods. USE - Prevention of pigeon landings on town buildings.
