The invention concerns pharmaceutically useful compounds of formula (I), wherein Q is selected from (IIa), (IIb), (IIc), (IId), (IIe), (IIf), Z is carboxy or non-toxic metabolically labile ester thereof, 1HŸ -tetrazol-5-yl, -CO.NH.(1HŸ -tetrazol-5-yl) or a group of the formula -CO.NH.SO2.G1 in which G1 is alkyl, cycloalkyl or phenyl. The novel compounds are of value in treating such conditions such as hypertension and congestive heart failure. The invention further concerns processes for the manufacture of the novel compounds and the use of the compounds in medical treatment. |
