<p>An HIV-sensitive transgenic rabbit having inserted into the genome thereof an exogenous DNA fragment comprising at least one DNA sequence which codes for membrane marker CD4 of human T cells (hCD4), or an analogue thereof, and is controlled by elements capable of causing its expression. The use of this rabbit as an animal model, and a method for obtaining said rabbit, are also disclosed.</p> |
