Mould rotating device causing no damage - involves basic frame of profile steel welded together with top round steel shaft in bearings

The basic frame is welded to ether from profile steel with an upper round steel shaft fitted in bearings. To the shaft is welded a lifting device which allows rotation through 90 deg. from the basic position on the floor as far as a stop which obviates excessive rotation. The lifting device is also welded together from profile steel. In order to carry out turning, eyelets are welded on for crane hook engagement. Rotation can be by stacker truck, crane or similar. The basic frame and lifting device are adaptable to varying sizes and wts. USE/ADVANTAGE - Used to turn injection moulds and pressure moulds which consist of two halves, and to do so without damage or problems.
