摘要 A bellows type instrument for metering gas flow has a cylindrical housing formed by a central element (1) with a dividing wall (4) and two concave covers (2, 3) hermetically sealed to the element (1) by flanges (13, 14) at their peripheries (15). Two measurement chambers (5, 6) are thus formed having the spaces (9 to 12) separated by the flexible membranes (7, 8) which are centre-supported by the plates (17, 18). Gas is conducted in a known manner through the instrument and its flow generates a reciprocating motion (19) of the membranes (7, 8) which results in oscillatory rotation of the gastight shafts (22) via the guides (40), links (32, 33) and actuator arms (25, 26). The shaft (22) oscillations are coupled to an integrating mechanism via the slotted (24) links (23) and a crank drive. USE/ADVANTAGE - Improved accuracy and sensitivity. Reliable and readily mfd. motion transmission system which minimises costs.
