PURPOSE:To prevent a voice coil from rising in temperature at the time of a large input by providing a vaporing part over the movable part of a heating element and then by cooling the voice coil making use of heat transfer resulting from the evaporation and condensation of a working liquid. CONSTITUTION:A working liquid inside of airtight chamber 13 forms working- liquid film part 18 on voice coil 2 and bobbin 3 by caillarity of capillary structure parts 9 and 10. Since the working liquid is carried by capillarity of capillary structure parts 9 and 10, airtight chamber 13 is kept under the saturated vapor pressure of the working liquid. Therefore, the working liquid surrounding voice coil 2 starts vaporing as voice coil 2 heats up by an input electric signal, and voice coil 2 is cooled by heat of evaporation. This generated vipor spreads out into airtight chamber 13 and condenses on inside wall surface of plate 5 and support parts 6 and 8, emitting heat of condensation. This condensed working liquid is carried to working- liquid film part 18 by capillary structure parts 9 and 10 and evaporates repeatedly.
