<p>PURPOSE:To form the inside of a hollow part into a plane whose ventilation resistance is low, by performing blow molding of a material having an inner wall form of an intake manifold on the inside of an outer shell structural body. CONSTITUTION:This intake manifold is obtained by combining integrally a material 1 having an inner wall form of the intake manifold formed through blow molding of thermoplastic resin and an outer shell structural body 2 of the intake manifold made of synthetic resin in a body. The outer shell structural body 2 is molded of thermoplastic resin through injection, which is set up to blow molds 3, 4, and blow molding is performed by inserting parison 5 of the thermoplastic resin into the outer shell structural body 2.</p> |
