Improved jointed mattress: the type that is used as a base for resting, whether the user sits or lies, which includes a padded surface thanks to a low density, elastic material. The surface is made of a multitude of slim bodies arranged in parallel and connected lengthways by a flexible part; as well as incorporating a rigid case which can hold the padded part inside, so that the bodies connected by the flexible part make up several ranged groups that are set slightly apart and connected by a different flexible component that ties all of the bodies in a group together.
