Manufacturing method for high-structural-stability greases for rolling bearings and slide bearings, by means of thickening deeply-refined oils from paraffin petroleum with a soap thickener and with a simple or synthetic thickener, characterized in that during the thickener manufacture in the oil, preferably while dispersing the thickener in the oil, low-molecular weight PE compositions of average molecular weight below 60,000, and preferably 2000 - 4000, are added in the quantity of 0.01-3% per mass, preferably 0.05-1% per mass, and high-molecular weight PE compositions of average molecular weight above 10,000, and preferably 20,000 - 100,000, whereas the mass ratio of the low-molecular weight PE against the high-molecular weight PE is 1:0-1.3, and preferably 1:0-2.1.<IMAGE>
