<p>PURPOSE:To improve productivity and to improve a connecting strength, a forming finish, etc., by induction-heating a mold by means of an inductor. CONSTITUTION:A thermoplastic high molecular molded product 4 inserted between a mold 1 formed monolithically with a water cooling jacket 2 and a smoothed inductor 3 is pressed thereat, and with it an alternating field is emanated at the inductor 3. The mold 1 is induction-heated, whereby the molded product 4 is connected or formed in correspondence with the shape of the mold 1. For example, in the case of two pieces of the molded products being connected together, the inductor 3 ceases to be excited at the stage where the molded products 4 are welded together by induction-heating, the mold 1 being cooled by flowing water into the water cooling jacket. The molded product 4 so processed ceases to be pressed at the stage where a fusion melting of the molded product 4 is hardened.</p> |
