The subject of the invention is foldable barrier elements with two-way signalling which can be assembled end-to-end to constitute a traffic flow separation barrier on a road or motorway or for protecting a works site with repetitive indication by a bollard or indicator panel giving the direction to follow, in both driving directions, composed of two directional bollard or panel holders (1a-1b) separated by foldable barriers which can be extended concertina-fashion (1-2). The continuous barrier obtained by assembling several elements follows the curves in the road as well as the dips and rises. It can be fixed onto the ground by bolts or pegs, or moved laterally or in rotation using retractable rollers. One application is the temporary or permanent separation of the two traffic directions in a road or a motorway or the protection of roadworks or any obstacles on the side of the roadways or in its central part (central reservation). <IMAGE> |
