Around a dismantlable junction (10) of the cryogenic device is a removable thermally conductive porous wall (34). This wall is sealed on an adjacent non removable thermal insulation part (22,24) and separated from the junction (10) by a space filled with anti -convection material (46). A thermal bridge (44) is located between the porous wall (34) and the junction (10). The junction (10) is between two pipes (12,14) which are surrounded by the thermal insulation (22,24). The ends of the cylindrical wall (34) are sealed onto the adjacent parts (22,24) of the thermal insulation by clamps (36,38) with interposed sealing joints (40,42). ADVANTAGE - The removable wall allows access to dismantlable parts of the cryogenic system without risk of explosion.
