The train includes two tracks (1,6) connected by pivot (5) resting on two end bogies and an intermediate bogie (3) provided during the work cycle of a translational device (4) adapted to roll or slide in the grooves of the old sleeper (AT) which are without rails. The equipment to dismantle the old rails (RA) are disposed between the first and second bogies.The machinery for the withdrawing (9,10,11,12) of the old sleepers,the repairing of ballast (17),the laying (20,21) of new sleepers (NT) and the laying of new rails (RN) disposed between the second (3) and third (7) bogies.The two trucks (1,6) are mounted with members (23) permitting the displacement of device of transportation (22) of sleepers between one or number of stocking wagons hitched to this train. ADVANTAGE-The removal of the second bogie of the service wagon found in front of the forward truck helps to increase the work area under this wagon and in the other part introduces a static couple permitting the removal of the second bogie of the first truck used in previous designs and its dynamic device utilized right up to now to obtain the same effect.
