发明名称 MANUFACTURING METHOD OF SUBSTRATE FOR CLAD STORAGE BATTERY
摘要 PURPOSE:To lessen a diameter of a core metal of the substrate and improve a workability of mounting a spacer to the core metal, by constructing a link substrate, with a current collector unit and the core metals provided, in the method of extrusion molding, clipping to bind the core metals with two sheets of band-shaped plates and then cutting the band-shaped plates between the core metals. CONSTITUTION:A link substrate 3, with a current collector unit 1 and a plurality of lines of core metals 2 provided, is extrusion molded. The method of said extrusion molding is performed in such a manner that a lead-or lead alloy-made block is placed in a container 5 with a two-splitting die 4 provided and pressed by an actuating ram 6 to construct the link substrate 3. Then the core metals 2 of the like substrate 3 are put between two sheets of band-shaped plates 8 consisting of a lead, lead alloy or synthetic resin, etc. And then those of the above are pressurized from the top and the bottom and bound as an integral unit. Finally the two sheets of the band-shaped plates 8 as constructed in this way as an integral unit are cut off at a position between the neighboring core metals 2 to allow a spacer 9 to be simultaneously installed to each core metal 2.
