DEVICE FOR SPINDLE TILTING

The device is used in mechanical engineering and is connected to the moter-reduction unit of a hand drilling machine for machining flat and oval internal and external surfaces of different materials. It machines surfaces of complex configurations at any arbitrary angle. It consists of mobile interconnected front (1), medium (2), rear (3) and intedmediary (4) bodies. The shaft of the tool-holder rests on the front body (1), a flexible shaft (7) goes across the medium (2) and the rear (3) bodies, and the shaft of the reducer rests in the intermediary body (4). The mobile connections between the bodies are made by means of front surfaces (15) and protruding profile cylindrical surfaces (10) having a groove (11) and cylindtrical nests (12) fitted along their external cylindrical surface having profile threaded elements (13) and sectoral elements (14) fitted to them for adjusting and fixing the angle of operation.
