FORMULATION FOR MAKING CLAY PIGEONS FOR HUNT FIRING

The formulation is used for makong clay pigeons used as flying targets in sports shooting. It is ecologically clean and guarantees the necessary strength, brittleness, vibrations stability and weight of the articles at the preliminarily fixed geometrical parameters in accordance with the international standards, as well as high technology of their preparation. The composition contains, in wt.%: 40 hydrocarbon resin (pyrrolene) and 60 ground chalk. The chalk is heated in a vessel with agitator at temperature over 130°C and the resin - pyrrolene is added during agitation. After homogenization the mass is moulded.
