A pharmaceutical preparation of antistress, stress-preventive and nootropic action contains, as active substance, glycine aminoacid or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt. A method for prophylaxis and curing stress conditions as well as for increasing mental working capacity consists in sublingual injection of an effective quantity of the claimed preparation.
