PURPOSE:To easily prepare a fixed-form document. CONSTITUTION:A CPU 10 reads a parts number 66A1 out of a starting word table 66A in a parts number table memory 66 and then reads starting word data out of a parts data memory 64 by using respective address data 66A2 to display them at a display part 40. When one of them is selected through a key input part 20, the parts number of the selected starting words in a RAM is stored in a RAM 30. Similarly. a season, a prologue,... are selected in order and the process is repeated until an ending word is selected; when the selection all ends, parts numbers stored in the RAM 30 are used to read display data of respective parts out of the parts data memory 64 by referring to the parts number table memory 66, and the read data are merged and displayed as a complete document at the display part 40. |
