PURPOSE:To simplify construction work and reduce an installation period and cost by dividing a fluidized bed water tube boiler into modules, standardizing design and fabrication, and performing only assembly and installation at site. CONSTITUTION:There are provided three modules, which are a fludized bed combustion module 1 including a main fluidized bed, a heat recovery bed, and an inter-layer heat transfer tube group in a heat recovery chamber, and comprising water tube walls 122, a free board module 103 with a secondary air nozzle 129, and a convection heating module 104 comprising a steam and water drum 131, water drum 132, and water tubes 133, wherein the drum 131 and the drum 132 are connected respectively to an upper header 112 and a lower header 111 through a riser pipe 107 and a downcast pipe 108. |
