CHROMIUM BASED FLAME SPRAYING MATERIAL

摘要

PURPOSE:To provide chromium based flame spraying material excellent in corrosion resistance and hot strength which a chromium based refractory has and capable of exhibiting characteristics of chromium itself. CONSTITUTION:The chromium based flame spraying material contains 45-70wt.% chromium based material and 25-55wt.% alumina. Thereby, properties of Cr2O3 itself hardly being wetted by molten steel and slag are exhibited to improve corrosion resistance and complete solid solution with Al2O3 is carried out to raise melting of Al2O3 and improve also hot strength and corrosion resistance.
