SEPARATION OF POLYVALENT METAL ION FROM SELF-PRECIPITATION TYPE COATING COMPOSITION AND REGENERATION OF CHELATE TYPE CATION EXCHANGE RESIN USED THEREIN

摘要

PURPOSE:To efficiently separate a polyvalnet metal ion (Fe, Cr, Zn) from a self-precipitation type coating compsn. after use and to efficiently regenerate the ion exchange resin used in the separation of the metal ion. CONSTITUTION:A polyvalent metal is used from a self-precipitation type coating compsn. after use using a chelating cation exchange resin and this resin is efficiently regenerated using a hydrofluoric acid aqueous solution (0.5-4wt.%) and the self-precipitation coating compsn. from which a polyvalent metal ion is removed is reused in the self-precipitation coating of a metal without generating a rough surface.
