PURPOSE:To observe a part to be observed in electronic form in accordance with each wave length even in the use of the wave length which can not be observed by naked eyes or the wave length of the visible light, by installing a plurality of electronic image pick-up means having different wave length sensitivity. CONSTITUTION:This medical stereoscopic microscope K is equipped with a radiation mechanics system, main observation mechanics system 2, subobservation mechanics system 3, and an electronic image pick-up optical system 4. The electronic image pick-up optical system 4 is equipped with a beam splitter 41, image focusing lens 60, and a wave length separating prism 61, and the wave length separating prism 61 has a dichroic surface 63a which reflects the light in a wave length region of 650nm or less and transmits the light in a wave length region over 650nm. The light reflected on the dichroic surface is image-focused to form an observed image in the area CCD64a of a color TV camera 64, and the light which passes through the dichroic surface is image-focused to form the observed image in the area CCD65a of an ultrared TV camera 65. The image signals supplied from the TV cameras 64 and 65 are inputted into a monitor TV 67 through a control circuit 56, and the image of the observed part is displayed. |
