PURPOSE:To dry efficiently and remotely the paste spread on the inner surface of penetration pipes of reactor pressure vessel bottom. CONSTITUTION:A dryer is constituted of a dryer head 5 capable of inserting into a pipe 2, a head driving device 6 for elevating and rotating the dryer head, and a control panel 7. The dryer head 5 is constituted of a cylindrical head casing 8 provided with an infrared radiator 12, thermocouple 13, air exhaust outlet 15, and centering mechanism 23. The dryer head 5 is used to dry the paste 4 on the radiator 12 corresponding to the paste 4. |
