<p>PURPOSE:To provide a compact and light-weight mobile telephone set which can reduce its power consumption. CONSTITUTION:The output terminal of a transmitter circuit 10 is connected to a transmitter/receiver antenna 1 through a BPF 17 which defines an up- channel as its pass band. Then the antenna 1 is connected to the input terminal of a receiver circuit 20 through a BPF 21 which defines a down-channel as its pass band. A changing circuit R21 which changes the collector current of a high frequency amplifying transistor TR Q21 is connected to this TR Q21 of the circuit 20. The circuit R21 increases the collector current of the TR Q21 in a state where the transmission of the circuit 10 and the reception of the circuit 20 are carried out at the same time compared in a state where only the reception of carried out.</p> |
