摘要

PURPOSE:To provide a carbon fiber-reinforced carbon composite material having excellent abrasion resistance. CONSTITUTION:A short carbon fiber bundle composed of plural single fibers and free from collecting agent is opened and impregnated with a resin or a pitch to obtain a prepreg. The prepreg sheets are laminated, formed, baked at <=2000 deg.C and subjected to repeated pitch-impregnation and baking at <=2000 deg.C to obtain a carbon fiber-reinforced carbon composite material having a final porosity of <=10vo1.%.
