PURPOSE:To recover in a short time updating data dissipated at the time of fault of a cache. CONSTITUTION:A data updating generation is designated at every plural check point time provided in a program 15 on a central processor 10 side, and by a write after record management table 51 and an updating generation management table 52, write after data is managed by the updating generation. In the case the write after data is dissipated due to a fault, the program 15 is reexecuted by going back to a time point of the check point corresponding to the updating generation of the oldest write after data, or the write after data is recovered, based on information of an updating history file 40 after the time point of its check point. In such a manner, the dissipated write after data can be recovered in a short time, and also, an overhead therefor can be made small. |
