PURPOSE:To provide a continuous steaming/boiling device for noodles which can carry out cooking in a short time without losing the nutrients contained in the dry noondles and can be widely utilized as cooking machine which can answer the guest's order continuously in a restaurant, etc., in a busy time range. CONSTITUTION:In order to continuously cook the dry noodles, etc., in a short time, a pressurizing cooking container 32 in substitution for a pressurizing pot for cooking the dry noodles, etc., the first preheating container 43 which has a heater 19 casted with metal such as aluminium and formed integrally on the outer periphery for keeping a set temperature and is provided with the manufacturing function for the stable overheated water 49 which is continuously poured in each cooking into the pressurizing cooking container 32, and a secondary preheating container 8 are provided. Further, a water preheating part 45 consisting of a device for reutilizing the hot water 38 after cooking is constituted, and a continuous steaming/boiling device for dried noodles is constituted from the combination of both the devices. |
