PURPOSE:To make the inexpensive production of the color filter substrate possible with good controllability with the simple device. CONSTITUTION:This apparatus for production of the color filter substrate has a transparent substrate 1, a light shielding film 2 which is provided on the substrate 1 and has apertures 2a having prescribed regularity and color filter layers 3 deposited on these apertures 2a. The apparatus has coating jigs 4. These coating jigs 4 have pen points 4a out of which colored ink blots and pen shafts 4b which house the colored ink 5 in the middle parts and are constituted to coat the color filter layers. |
