PURPOSE:To effect a smooth processing of the separation of laminating sheet from carrier film by a method wherein the separation causes to start at the peripheral edge of the laminating sheet. CONSTITUTION:A cutting line 9 having an closed contour on the predetermined region of ceramic green sheet 1 backed by carrier film 2 is produced with a cutting edge 6 so as to put laminating sheet 7c surrounded by the cutting line 9 on other ready-laminated laminating sheet 7b are contact-bonded together with a contact bonding head 5 and a pressure bearer 3. Next, by actuating only the outer frame 11 of the pressure bearer 3 upwards, the cutting edge 6, which is energized so as to displace upwards, is actuated upwards in order to follow up with the pressure bearer 3. At this time, at the peripheral edge of the laminating sheet 7c, the carrier film is separated positively. After the above-mentioned state is obtained, by actuating a cutting and laminating device 4 downwards, the separation at the above-mentioned peripheral edge proceeds, resulting in completely separating the carrier film 2 from the laminating sheet 7c. |
