When not, the packet is branched to a message communication system 6 and stored tentatively in a file 8, the packet is extracted under a predetermined condition to implement packet transmission processing to a called terminal equipment 1'. Since the communication system 2 reduces a peak traffic quantity of a distribute matrix of a low delay at a high speed of a processing section 4, the necessity of large scale multi-stage processing of the distribution matrix size is suppressed, a packet abort rate is improved and efficient packet communication of the multi- medium information is realized.</p> |
