PURPOSE:To purely extract only organic solutions effective for animals and vegetables, containing neither salts nor heavy metals while simplifying processes of desalting, drying and grinding of starfishes. CONSTITUTION:This device for producing granule of starfish consists of a grinding means 3 for cutting collected starfishes, a boiling means 4 for desalting the cut starfishes, a drying means 5 for dehydrating the desalted starfishes and a milling means 7 for grinding the dehydrated starfishes into fine particles. Sea salts are desalted by boiling the starfishes. Since the starfishes are fractioned into each small piece block, contact area between starfish and water is increased to raise desalting efficiency. At this boiling stage, considerable part of heavy metals contained in the starfishes is removed. |
