PURPOSE:To provide a seal ring of which leakage through the gap part of the seal ring can be reduced by working at low cost. CONSTITUTION:In a seal ring 12 overlapping the gap parts 17 on both ends, the parts of the gap parts 17 eliminating the extreme ends on the outside are recessedly provided. Further, a plurality of grooves 18 are formed on the outside of the gap parts 17, and hence the outside of the gap parts 17 are recessedly provided. The grooves 18 are formed deeper following to approaching to the extreme end of the gap part 17. |
