PURPOSE:To provide an essence extracting device which can continuously carry out the feed of raw material, extraction of essence, and discharge of dregs automatically, in extracting the essence from the bones and meat of a cattle, pig, chicken, etc. CONSTITUTION:This essence extracting device is equipped with an inclined type continuously boiling can 14, which has a raw material feeding port 1 for feeding raw material and a discharge port 5 for discharging the dregs after the extraction of the essence. Further, in the boiling can 14, a flight 2 which circulation-passes through the raw material feeding port 1 and the discharge port 5 is arranged in the longitudinal direction of the can, and the raw material is received by the flight 2, and after the essence is extracted in the boiling can, the dregs are discharged from the discharge port. Further, the boiling can 14 is equipped with an outside heat exchanger 4 which can extract the essence stored in the boiling can from the inside of the can and heat the essence and then can return the essence into the can again. |
