CONSTITUTION:A counter sensor unit 4 is arranged at each counter in the golf course facilities, a table sensor unit 12 is arranged at each table in a restaurant 9, and a lounge sensor 16 is arranged at each sofa 15 in a lounge corner 14; and magnetic vibration energy is outputted. The respective units 4 and 12 and sensors 16 are connected to a host computer 19 through terminal computers 3. Various data on users are previously stored in the host computer 19 corresponding to their registration numbers. A user when entering the facilities carries a noncontact card stored with a code signal corresponding to the registration number. When the user approaches one detection place, the noncontact card outputs the code signal corresponding to magnetic vibration energy outputted in the detection area and various data corresponding to the terminal computer 3 are read out of the host computer 19 to automatically specify the user.
