MANUFACTURE OF PHOTOVOLTAIC DEVICE

摘要

PURPOSE:To provide a photovoltaic device providing high conversion efficiency by lowering the resistance of a rear electrode and form a P<+>-CdTe layer in the manufacture of the photovoltaic device using CdTe. CONSTITUTION:A Cu film 6 is formed onto a carbon film 4 shaped onto a II-VI compound semiconductor film including at least a CdTe film 3, and thermally treated. Accordingly, a rear electrode having low resistance can be shaped while a P<+>-CdTe layer can be formed.
