PURPOSE: To improve the strength of the racket frame, in the manufacturing method of a composite-material-made racket in which through-holes of guts are integrally molded. CONSTITUTION: Into the mold holes used for molding the frame of a racket, an estimated number of pins 131 are put in advance, and the inside-wall surface near each pin 131 is filled in advance with a fiber-filler 14 composed of the fiber and resin of the same materials as those of the racket. Then, air is blown into tubular strings 15 of the fiber-cloth layer used for molding the racket, and heat and pressure are applied to swell and mold the tubular strings 15 in the mold holes. After that the filler 14 and fiber-cloth layer are hardened and molded together with the lapse of the expected heating and pressurizing time, the pins 131 are pulled out by opening the mold, and the molded racket is taken out. In this way, guts' through-holes are molded integrally on the racket frame, and for each through-hole of guts, integrally molded tube-form supposing tube-walls extend on the periphery of the holes of the racket frame. |
