CONSTITUTION:The determination result of specifications of equipment based on the guidance is stored as equipment specification information in an equipment specification information storage part 115 by being inputted on the same screen through an input device 19. Finally, the information is outputted in an equipment data sheet by using an output device 20 such as a printer. The revision of the design information stored in the equipment specification information storage part 115 is controlled by an equipment specification information revision control program 116. In this case, an operator 18 can obtain specification determining procedure and determination know-how information stored in an equipment specification determining procedure and determination know-how storage part 113 as the guidance by using a Windows program for the screen control part 11 of the computer 10 without being restricted by the display area on the screen of a display device 12 such as a CRT.
