PURPOSE:To foresee, before printing starts, run-out of print media during batch printing due to shortage of remaining quantity of the print media. CONSTITUTION:When a batch print by a printer 2 is required, a determination means 7a compares the total number of printing lines of output information with a remaining quantity of print media to be supplied from a paper feed source so as to determined whether the batch printing is available or not. Based on the result determined by the determination means 7a, a printer control circuit 3 controls printing of a printing means. |
