PURPOSE:To store purchaser information with small area and speedily obtain necessary information with slight labor. CONSTITUTION:An address, a name, and a telephone number which are entered into a purchase application form are read out as image data by an image input device 1. An identification code, etc., to be added to a commutation ticket issued according to the purchase application form are inputted from an input device 2. A processor 3 compresses the band of the image data from the image input device 1 and merges the compressed image data with the information from the input device 2 to generate the purchaser information. A storage device 4 stores the purchaser information by using the identification code as a key code. When the identification code is specified, the purchaser information corresponding to the specified identification code is retrieved and the band of the compressed image data included in the retrieved purchaser information is expanded to restore the image data, which are displayed on a display device 5. |
