<p>PURPOSE:To provide a manufacturing method for a convergent hose of which weight is lightened, molding can be easily performed, and manufacturing cost can be reduced. CONSTITUTION:Rectilinear hose main bodies 2 made of polyamide resin and a rectilinear protector 3 made of sponging silicone rubber are obtained by well-known extrusion molding method. Next, a rectilinear hose intermediate product in which the hose main bodies 2 arc coated with the protector 3 can be easily obtained, by inserting the hose main bodies 2 into the inserting holes of the protector 3. Thereafter, the hose intermediate product is pinchedly held by the use of a desired shaped jig so as to be along the jig. The hose intermediate product fixed with the jig is heated by steam at 160 deg.C in 10 minutes. By the heating, the hose main bodies 2 in the hose intermediate product are softened, and at the same time reorientation of nylon molecules constituting the hose main body is performed. By cooling the hose intermediate product, a convergent hose 1 formed into a desired shape can be obtained.</p> |
