<p>PURPOSE:To keep the overrun amount and the switchback amount of an original to a necessary minimum, to lighten stress imposed on the original, and to set the original in a short time as for a paper feeding device of a system in which the original is allowed to overrun a stop position, and then it is switched back so that the end of the original may collide with an original butting part provided at the stop position. CONSTITUTION:When a driving signal is turned off in timing T2, a feeding motor is switched from constant-speed control to deceleration control proportional to time, decelerated in proportion to the time in target stop time, and surely stopped in a short time. Then, the feeding motor is reversely rotated by a distance B equal to a moving distance A in the case of the deceleration control. Such reverse rotation is performed by position control. Therefore, the feeding motor is reversely rotated by the necessary minimum, the stress imposed on the original is lightened, and the original is set in a short time.</p> |
