<p>PURPOSE:To detect the breakage of a film quickly and facilitate the work to be continued by commanding a pinch roller part and an extrusion part to stop undertaking of a film-formed matter and extruding of a melted matter, based on the output of film breakage detecting means located between an inflation dies and the pinch roller part. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical melted matter extruded from an inflation dies 3 is subjected to inflation through hot air to be formed into a film, and then undertaken by a first pinch roller 61. In case of a breakage of the film-formed matter 5 in the course from the dies 3 to a pinch roller part 6, film breakage detecting means 7A, 7B detect and output this state to a form-stopping controller 8. The form-stopping controller 8 operates immediately to output the screw driving part 23 of an extruder 2 and pinch roller part 6 in order to stop these operations. In this way, the inflation forming process is interrupted at once, resulting in no adhesion of the lower breakage end of a film-formed matter to the dies 3.</p> |
