CONTINUOUS FIBER REINFORCED COMPOSITE MATERIAL

摘要

PURPOSE:To provide a continuous fiber reinforced resin composite material (FRP) good in surface cutting processability. CONSTITUTION:In a thermoplastic composite material containing a continuous fiber as a reinforcing fiber and using a thermoplastic resin as a matrix, a layer with a thickness of about 0.05-1mm containing no reinforcing fiber is formed on at least one surface of a reinforcing fiber-containing layer. This composite material is useful for the face of a golf club head to which surface cutting processing is applied in finish processing.
