PURPOSE:To reduce the harmful parasitic vibration caused by the signal exchange and thus ensure the high-fidelity reproduction of the signal, by providing plural number of magnet units which give the magnetic field which is substantially parallel to the surfaces of plural number of coils and also providing the damper to the basement part of the cantilever and in touch to the diaphragm. CONSTITUTION:Chip 11 made of the material featuring a high rigidity is sealed to cantilever 12, and diaphragm 13 is attached to the basement of lever 12 and in right-angled to the axle of lever 12. And then plural number of spiral coils 141-144 are adhered close to at least one surface of diaphragm 13 and in the radial form to the axle of lever 12. Furthermore, the magnet unit is formed with magnets 191-194 attached to magntic pole assembly 18 which gives the magnetic field in nearly parallel to the surfaces of coils 141-144, and then damper 16 is provided at the basement of lever 12 and in touch to both the magnet unit and diaphragm 13. Thus the vibration transmitted to the chip can be transmitted to diaphragm with no loss, at the same time the harmful parasitic vibration caused by the signal exchange can be reduced to ensure the high-fidelity reproduction of the signal. |
