PURPOSE:To simplify word registration work and to improve conversion efficiency or operability and work efficiency. CONSTITUTION:A Japanese syllabary (KANA) character string inputted from an input part 1 or a KANA character string stored in a sentence storage part 2 is converted to a Chinese character KANJI and KANA mixed character string by a conversion part 3 while using a KANA/KANJI conversion dictionary 4. In a sentence inputted to the conversion part 3, words not registered on the KANA/KANJI conversion dictionary 4 are identified by an information analysis part 5 for word registration. An information storage table 6 for word registration stores information for word registration obtained by analysis at the information analysis part 5 for word registration. The information for word registration successively stored in the information storage table 6 for word registration during the input of sentences is simultaneously displayed at a picture display part 8 by a word registration part 7 after the sentences are completely inputted. Therefore, the words can be simultaneously registered. |
