PURPOSE:To provide a manufacturing method for a tape cable or a card cable which has favorable insulation property, heat resistance, flame resistance, water resistance, chemical resistance, and oil resistance. CONSTITUTION:A manufacturing method is provided with a process of processing one surface of polyimide film 5 in acid or alkali, and then laminating a polyamic acid film on the processed surface to form a lamination film, a process of disposing the polyamic acid film side surfaces of two lamination films to face each other, disposing a conductor 4 between both surfaces, and applying them to each other for embedding the conductor in the polyamic acid film layer and forming a precursor of a cable, and a process of forming imide of the polyamic acid film by baking the precursor of the cable. |
