PURPOSE:To prevent deterioration of timer precision due to the time of one cycle of the main flow being increased even when the number of devices which are to be controlled is increased by dividing the devices which are to be controlled such as an electrifying device, a developing device and a fixing device into the plural number of groups according to the controlling precision and then controlling each group at a different cycle. CONSTITUTION:A main control program (main flow) for the copying machine is stored to ROM18 and each tires counting 10msec, 100msec and 500msec are provided to RAM19. Then, when the time is up for the timer counting 10msec, the main flow is started. First, the states of the 500msec timer and the 100msec timer are discriminated and if both are in operation, only the process requiring precision, that is the process requiring frequent controlling, is carried out. When the time is up for the timer counting 100msec, the process requiring some degree of precision is added and when the timer is up for 500msec, the process requiring the least precision is added. |
