<p>PURPOSE:To provide a color image forming device capable of performing a high speed processing without imparting the reliability of a system even in the formation of a monochrome image. CONSTITUTION:The device is provided with a color record processing part of an intermediate body transfer system composed of an intermediate transfer belt 1, a Y(yellow) recording processor 2, M(magenta) recording processor 3, C(cyan) recording processor 4 and a transfer unit 5; a monochrome record processing part composed of a B(black) recording processor 6 and a transfer unit 7; a carrying path 9 which leads a sheet of recording paper to the color record processing part and the monochrome record processing part; a bypass carry path 13 which directly leads the sheet of recording paper to the monochrome record processing part; and a switching unit 12 for selecting either the carry path 9 or 13 to feed the sheet of recording paper.</p> |
